Prior to joining the Salines-Mondello Law Firm, Olivia worked as a paralegal for six years and gained extensive experience with civil litigation matters including tax foreclosures, special proceedings, and mass torts. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys.

Originally from Texas, she attended Texas A&M University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies. During her studies she was an active member of the Restorative Justice Ministry where she discovered her passion and drive for a career in the legal field. In her free time, she enjoys Crossfit, spending time with family and friends, and listening to country music.
