Brenna M. Ragghianti is an associate attorney with Salines-Mondello Law Firm, PC, in Wilmington, North Carolina. Brenna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, cum laude, from Rhodes College and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Memphis, both in Memphis, Tennessee. Brenna earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. Brenna is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and has been with the firm since August 2023. Brenna is a member of the New Hanover County Bar Association, Pauli Murray LGBTQ+ Bar Association, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and the Rhodes College Hall of Fame.
Prior to joining the firm, Brenna served as a Judicial Hearing Officer for the Guilford County Clerk of Superior Court, adjudicating adult incompetency proceedings, adult and minor guardianship appointments, contested estate and trust proceedings, partitions, and many other matters before the Clerk of Superior Court. In Guilford County, Brenna served on the Guilford County Elder Justice multi-disciplinary team working to identify and prevent elder abuse. Brenna also worked as a solo practitioner with a general practice and a background in nonprofit organization management, including serving as an Executive Director and Board Chair.
When not at work, Brenna enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially playing board games, going on hikes, and watching the kids build sandcastles while reading a good book at the beach.
